Our initial opportunity to discuss your goals with the sale of your home. We will cover your timeline, desired equity, post-sale plan, scheduling preferences, and characteristics that will help set your home apart.
Together, we will assess the competition by reviewing active and recently sold homes in your neighborhood. From here, we will price your home with the goal to remain competitive and tempting to potential buyers.

Let’s highlight the strengths of your home and address features that are less than ideal through a guided process of staging advisory, de-cluttering, organization, repairs and touch-ups.

With nearly 90% of prospective buyers searching online, it is imperative that we cast the best light upfront. With a killer creative team in place, your home will be sure to capture the attention of more buyers.
Let’s share your home with the world via the MLS, social media, 200+ real estate websites, mailers and open houses. Showings will begin, and you will be kept informed of buyer tour requests and daily activity.
Once offers are received, we will review together and make a decision to move forward by accepting, countering or rejecting. You can count on your interests and bottom line being protected from start to finish.
