I love what I do plain and simple, and it translates to those I work with feeling well cared and advocated for. My favorite ongoing achievement is that 90% of my business stems from repeat and referral clients.

Serving as President of the Multnomah Village Business Association, and witnessing the challenges and joy that goes along with being a “main street dreamer” is what inspired me to merge my love for local biz and real estate through the Local Collective. On any given day you can find me seeking ways to connect, support and elevate small business owners along with serving clients in real estate. I love how the two are so connected!
As agents, we find ourselves in a constantly evolving and highly competitive industry, and I’m always on a mission to seek out ways to stay relevant and ahead of the curve. In late 2020, a random keyword search led me to The Real Brokerage, a game-changing model that was only open in 14 states, had 2,000 agents nationwide with no plans to expand to Oregon anytime soon. After finding my way to the right people in leadership, I began advocating for Oregon to move its way up the expansion list, and by May of 2021 we opened our doors in Portland. As Designated Broker for the state, I then began paving the way for statewide growth and proudly managed our first 100 agents before passing the reins. We have since grown by over 30,000 agents and are open across the US and Canada. The ground floor opportunity to help build and share this innovative brokerage with agents in our local markets is a highlight of my career. I am grateful for the continued connections with leadership, development team, and other departments to help shape the company for an unparalleled agent experience.
When not serving clients and finding ways to elevate the agent community, I am a no-frills simple adventurer. I love taking in the abundant nature in our beautiful region, supporting small biz, exploring the local food scene, dancing, cooking and live music. Time spent in creator and builder mode is my greatest pastime, so that’s what you’ll find me doing most days. Thanks for being my muse!
